Where do i buy tickets?

Single Game Tickets can be purchased online here. Walk up tickets can be purchased at the gate subjected to availability.

Do children get in free at Viticon Stadium?

Children 3 & under are free at Viticon Stadium.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the event of a postponed game, a credit can be issued. If a game is rained out after 5 or more innings, it is considered a full game and a credit will not be issued. Contact info@brisbanebandits.com.au for any questions.

What time do gates open?

Gates open one hour prior to the first pitch.

Can I sit anywhere with my ticket?

No. all seating is reserved allocated seating and you must sit in the seat you have purchased.

How do I access my tickets?

Do I have to print my tickets or can I use a digital wallet?

You do not have to print your tickets; a digital barcode can be scanned.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not allowed at Viticon Stadium unless it is a guide dog or service dog.

Do you offer accessible seating?

Viticon Stadium was designed to be universally accessible and comfortable for fans with all abilities. There is specific seating for individuals in wheelchairs and their companions near the Corral and Hot Corner. Please contact info@brisbanebandits for further details.
