RETURNS

WHAT IS OUR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY?

If you change your mind, or if a product is not suitable, the item can be returned for a full refund if the below conditions are met.

You can return your item (excludes perishable items, jewelry and personalised products) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if:

·     you have the original receipt to supply,

·        the item is unused and in its original, re-saleable condition,

·        and the original tags are still attached.

Return postage is not included. 

We will not refund or replace on damaged items caused by incorrect use, not following care instructions, or activities unsuitable for the garment.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item.

 

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY, WHAT CAN I DO? 

If you believe that your product has a major fault please contact the Brisbane Bandits Shop: info@brisbanebandits.com.au. 
 
You will be required to provide proof of purchase (ie. your receipt), along with photos of the faulty product and/or we may require you to send the item back for assessment.
 
Following assessment, if your item is deemed to have a major fault you will be refunded in full or offered a replacement.

These jerseys were worn by Bandits players in pre-season, professional games or post season games. Please note that there may be stains or smudges that will appear on the jersey depending when worn.
